1. Delete the data on your phone
Android
- Remove the app and its data: uninstall Alloto, for example from Settings › Apps › Alloto › Uninstall.
- Keep the app, start from zero: Settings › Apps › Alloto › Storage › Clear data.
Menu names vary a little between phone makers.
iPhone
- Touch and hold the Alloto icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App.
Choose Delete, not Offload: offloading removes the app but keeps its data on the phone.
2. Delete backup files and exports you made
If you exported a backup file or a spreadsheet report, a copy is wherever you saved or sent it: your files, an email, a cloud drive. Delete it there. Alloto can’t reach those copies, and neither can PortosLabs.
3. Check your phone’s own backups
Your phone’s system backup may contain a copy of Alloto’s data:
- Android: if device backup is on, Android Auto Backup can include Alloto’s data in your Google account backup.
- iPhone: Alloto’s data is part of your iCloud or device backup.
Those copies follow your Google or Apple backup settings, and you manage them there. PortosLabs has no access to them.
Do I need to ask PortosLabs to delete anything?
No. PortosLabs holds no copy of your data, so there is nothing to request. The app makes no network requests and has no account, which means nothing about you is stored on our side.
